Keitaro Okura

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Sociology at Yale University.

My research interests broadly encompass immigration, race/ethnicity, education, politics, health, and public policy. For my ongoing dissertation work, I am exploring the ethnoracial boundaries of national identity and cultural belonging in the United States. My work draws primarily on quantitative methods, and I frequently engage in original data collection employing survey experiments.

My research has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals such as Sociology of Education, International Migration Review, and Identities.
